Kitchen Disasters Make for Good TVCs

This is our RACO cookware TVC featuring Molly, a home cook who is, well, “developing” her cooking skills. After a series of disasters she gets it right in the end thanks to her trusty RACO cookware. Its on Air now but why not watch it here now?

Teachers Federation – Anti League Tables

This year the NSW Teachers Federation launched a TV campaign to bring pressure on Julia Gillard to stop the publication of School League Tables that are associated with the NAPLAN exams.

Next time a teacher gets an apple on the first day of school, they may well flinch just a little.

The Rockclimber

The Storyhead crew was on location before dawn in the Blue Mountains of Sydney, along with the team from Nikon, to shoot “The Rockclimber”. Watch as these guys hang on the edge of the world – all captured with the Nikon D3S. This series of videos is already gaining big numbers on YouTube.

McDancing

We had a “popping” time on our road-trip with Nacho Pop from So You Think You Can Dance. We still don’t really know what “popping” means and we still can’t dance but we tried our best and ate a lot of Big Mac’s along the way.

Stalker Grannies

Poh thought she had a challenge in the Masterchef kitchen but then we gave her a script and a bunch of out-of-control grannies to contend with. For more oestrogen charged madness check out the behind the scenes video.

Warnie at it again?

We wandered down to Melbourne’s Crown Casino for a star studded poker tournament. We had no idea celebrities could lose money so quickly! Or was in direct proportion to the amount of Wild Turkey consumed? Take note of this one – you might learn a few tricks!

Carbon footprint?

Making Caroma’s first ever TV commercial was fantastic. Special mentions go to Chantale for the most artistic steam produced; to these two little girls who obviously don’t understand ‘small carbon footprint’ (note the toilet paper wastage); and to the actors for being good sports.

DIY Tara Dennis

Tara Dennis, Alyssa Jane Cook and Jean Kitson showed us that mums really can fix everything in the “Selleys – A Simple fix” series.
It was a long day but we were entertained by Jean whose prose kept it very light and fun and Dave the Fix it Guy who was a hit with the ladies!

RedBull Gives Nikon Wings

This was a truly amazing project to be a part of. We cut together stunning footage of world number 1 hang glider, Jon Durand “surfing” the rare cloud formation – the Morning Glory – a tsunami in the sky that only appears once every few years.
